Policy Shift: At the foundational level of education, strengthen education delivery through primary school modelling using the least advantaged schools and promote competence-based instruction. At the tertiary level, lobby for the development of talents and sports infrastructure and development of tertiary education institutions that embrace technology and innovation as foundations for entrepreneurship and employment creation.
